My name is Gemma

I am a fully trained holistic therapist, trauma focused creative psychotherapist, play therapist, DDP and Theraplay informed practitioner. I have been working therapeutically with children, young people, their families, redisential support staff, and team around the child in various settings such as school, social care, residential care and children’s mental health for the last 7 years.

I have a plethora of experience in working with children and young people with neurodivergence and trauma. I myself have ADHD and I am a parent of children with Autism and ADHD, therefore have a deeper understanding of the impact of neurodivergence.

I am a member of PTUK (Play Therapy UK) and BACP (The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and follow ethical guidelines and principles as laid out by the aforementioned professional associations.
